Order Forms

RACI Diagrams

RACI Diagrams can be used for clarifying responsibilities and accountabilities in the service delivery environment. SCCL has developed software for the creation and maintenance of customised RACI diagrams.

Codes of Practice

If a company is selling Ofcom-regulated telecommunication services, published Codes of Practice are a mandatory requirement. The Codes must be either published on the company's website or be otherwise available on request. Codes of Practice are actually subsets of service contracts and in particular, service descriptions and as such, we are well placed to produce such documents for our clients.

Most of our clients sell, rent or loan equipment to their customers. We provide sale of goods agreements as supplements that include provisions to cover purchase, rental and loan of equipment.

A number of our clients sell equipment and their services through the indirect channel, either via small / micro distributors or white-labelled services via resellers. We provide a range of reseller agreements and distribution agreements.
