We have a large library of customer service contracts templates that are compatible with a broad range of carrier and wholesaler's reseller agreements and cover a comprehensive range of service types, so we rarely start from a blank page to produce new contract documents. Our service includes the review of your supplier's contracts if necessary, the supply of general and service-specific terms and conditions, detailed service descriptions and service level agreements, all of which reflect how you carry out your business.

Most of our clients implement re-usable documents, which comprise a set of general terms and conditions plus one or more service-specific supplements. The advantages of this approach include the easy addition of new supplements as client's service portfolios evolve and phasing the work according to individual priorities.

We believe that it is important that service contracts, in addition to setting out the terms on which the services are provided, should also explain in detail what the service comprises. We work with our clients to fully define and document their services, also assisting with productising the services and producing detailed service descriptions for inclusion in service contracts and for marketing / tendering collateral.

We carry out reviews of client's contracts to determine their overall fitness for purpose. Typically, we carry out these reviews free of charge to determine the most cost-effective approach to achieving the prospective client's desired outcome, which could be either modifying the client's existing documentation or using one or more of SCCL's templates.

We also review our client's contract documentation against their supplier's contracts to ensure that the client's contracts are compliant with and accurately reflect the provisions of the supplier's terms and conditions.
